Woods Family Concessions History
Woods Family Concessions was founded in 1927 by
James "Jack" and Ida Woods. They started with long range shooting
galleries and a penny arcade. The business grew and they soon added
food and confection stands. Jack Sr. and Rose Mary Woods, who took
over in 1958, worked hard to expand the business and improve on the
ground work of Jack and Ida. The business continued to grow and the
route was expanded when Jack II and Jackie Woods bought the business
in 1980. Since then, with the help of J.R. III and Denise Woods and
Jennifer (Woods) and Bo Ramsey, the business has grown to yet
another level. We continue to work together to provide quality food
and entertainment to the patrons of the events we attend.
